KILN CHAPTER / INFORMATION

Freight and returns.

Freight for a selection containing kilns is$95 for each kiln unit. A furniture or supplies-only order has a$12 freight charge. Freight is calculated after the10% merchandise allowance and is not reduced by that allowance.

Provide a delivery contact and usable street address. The recorded address identifies the destination requested for the equipment; an order reference is not a dispatch notice.

Contact support@kilnchapter.shop with the reference before arranging any return. Keep the original packing, accessories and documents together, and do not ship to an unconfirmed address.

If a delivered component appears damaged or does not match the selected specification, leave it uninstalled and describe the issue before use.
